Useful information to keep in mind

We kindly ask you to pay the remaining amount due (including final cleaning, tourist tax, etc.) within the first two days of your stay. Reception is open every morning from Monday to Friday, from 8.15 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard), and cash up to €1,999.99.

Your apartment will be equipped with towels, bed linen, and cloths. For stays longer than a week, you can ask for fresh bed linen and change it yourself.

If you need bathrobes, you can get them for a charge of €10.00 per person/stay.

Upon request, we offer a midweek cleaning of your apartment for a fee of €40.00, not including the kitchen. You can request it at reception and we will organise the cleaning for you.

On your arrival day, your apartment will be available from 2.30 p.m. On your departure day, we ask you to leave the apartment by 9.30 a.m. so that our staff can clean it for the next guests.

Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to request late check-out (for a fee).

If you have not checked in online, please bring your documents to reception (including children’s documents) as soon as possible to complete the check-in. At reception you will get all useful information and the Mobilcard South Tyrol that allows you to use public transport for free, without having to use your car.

Your dogs are welcome here, but we kindly ask you not to leave them alone in the apartment. Please bring a blanket or a dog bed with you for hygienic reasons. There are numerous walks that start directly from our apartments’ doorstep, perfect for you and your dog. If you would like to use public transport, such as buses or lifts, remember that the use of a muzzle is mandatory.

Children under the age of 12 cannot take the lift alone and must always be accompanied by an adult. In the event of fire, do not use the lift.

• Andreas pastry shop, next to the roundabout as you come into Seis: fresh bread and pastries, cakes by reservation, coffee to go … (during peak season also on public holidays and Sundays).
• Oberprantacher bakery, Seis village centre: fresh bread and croissants, coffee to go. Open every day except for public holidays and Sundays. Closed at lunchtime.
• Stefan butcher’s, Seis village centre: meat from local farms, South Tyrolean specialities, grilled chicken, cheese. Open every day except for Sundays and public holidays; closed at lunchtime.
• “Schlernfrucht”, by the roundabout at the entrance to Seis: high-quality fruit and vegetables. Open every day except for Sundays and public holidays; closed at lunchtime.
• Südtirol products, at the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm lift: typical South Tyrolean quality products (such as speck bacon, wine, chocolate, and much more) as well as gift ideas for your loved ones at home. Open every day.

Upon arrival, you will get the Mobil Card for free, which allows you to use all public transport around South Tyrol free of charge for 7 days. For longer stays, you will receive another one.

The parking for our guests is situated approx. 40 metres from our Eden Apartments: Follow the street, turn left after the first bend, and you will find our parking spaces (with signs) next to a house with blue shutters. Only the parking space for apartment no. 10 is situated in front of the entrance. You can stop in front of the entrance to load and unload your luggage. If you would prefer to park your car indoors, you can use the Silbernagel car park at the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm lift, about 1km from our apartments, and then reach us by public transport. The cost for the garage is €11.00 per week.

During the peak season, you can contact the tourist doctor in Kastelruth if needed. During the rest of the year, you can contact a family doctor in Kastelruth or Seis am Schlern. Ask at reception to get more information.

There is a safe and accompanying instructions in the closet of your bedroom. Please ensure you leave the safe empty and open upon departure.

During the winter season, the sauna is open every day from 4 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., while it is only switched on upon request during the summer season.

In front of the entrance to our apartments, there is a room with a white, locked door where you can leave your skis and bikes. For the safety of your own equipment, please remember to always lock the door.

All the apartments and common areas are non-smoking. We kindly ask you to smoke on the balconies or in the small outdoor lounge on the ground floor.

Turn on: by pressing the round button on the screen, under the Samsung logo.
Select a channel: with the arrow keys or the number combinations.
Radio: press the “DEF” button or the musical note button at the top right of your remote control.
SAT: the automatic SAT reception has been switched off. Simply switch it on with the red power button on the remote control.

Note: Please do not make any programme changes on the television. To exit the television menu, just press EXIT.

You will find a laundry behind the reception office. In the morning, it is used by our cleaning staff, but you can use it in the afternoon or in the evening to wash and dry your own laundry. Just let us know at reception and we will provide you with tabs for the washing machine and charge you €10.00 for the use of both machines.

We care about the environment and ask our guests to help us to protect it by separating paper, plastic, metal, glass, and residual waste, which you can leave in the special bins in front of the entrance, near the fence.
