Terms and conditions - Holidays in the Dolomites

In order to be informed about the general conditions before you start your holiday at the Apparthotel Eden, we have summarized the most important information for you

Minimum stay:
The minimum stay is two nights throughout the year and there could belonger stay restrictions in peak season!

Arrival and Departure:
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm on day of arrival. Guests arriving after 5 pm should contact the property prior to arrival. We ask that guests leave the apartment before 09.30 am. This allows time for our cleaner to ensure a fresh start for new guests. We allow guests to leave luggage during the day of their check-in or checkout.

Room wish
We ask for understanding that we can promise room numbers or floors not obligingly, however, with pleasure we guarantee for you the booked room category.

Booking:
All accommodation reservations must be made in writing. Once a reservation has been confirmed, Apparthotel Eden will confirm the reservation back in writing via fax, letter or e-mail. A deposit, which depends on length of stay, number of people and season of the year is required to secure your reservation. To avoid misunderstandings we would like to remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract for both parties.

Payment:
Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit cards (except Amex). We can accept credit cards only from the min. amount  of Euro 250,00.

Travel cancellation due to COVID-19:
In case of border closure or COVID-19 illness of a family member, the reservation can be cancelled with refund of the deposit (less Euro 10,00 as cancellation fee) or credited for a next holiday.

Cancellation requirements:
The cancellation has to be written.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellation within 3 weeks before arrival: the deposit will be refunded, but a handling charge of Euro 10.00 will be retained.
Cancellation within 21-15 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained
Cancellation within 15-8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
Cancellation from 7 days or less before arrival, late arrival or early departure: -20% on the booked but not used days.
Of course, cancellation amounts will be refunded or only the difference will be charged if the apartment can be re-allocated.
